2. Grundsätze
Wir verarbeiten personenbezogene Daten nur, soweit dies für den Betrieb dieser Website oder für die Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage erforderlich ist. Grundlage sind die DSGVO, das Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG), das Telekommunikation-Digitale-Dienste-Datenschutz-Gesetz (TDDDG) sowie das türkische Datenschutzgesetz Nr. 6698 (KVKK). Als Rechtsanwälte unterliegen wir zudem der beruflichen Verschwiegenheitspflicht.
3. Hosting und Server-Logfiles
Diese Website wird bei Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA, betrieben. Netlify ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert (Angemessenheitsbeschluss, Art. 45 DSGVO). Beim Aufruf der Website speichert der Server automatisch Informationen, die Ihr Browser übermittelt: IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, aufgerufene Seite, Referrer-URL, Browsertyp und Betriebssystem. Diese Daten dienen ausschließlich dem sicheren und stabilen Betrieb der Website. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Die Logfiles werden gelöscht, sobald sie für diese Zwecke nicht mehr erforderlich sind, sofern sie nicht zur Aufklärung eines Sicherheitsvorfalls benötigt werden. Mit dem Hosting-Anbieter besteht ein Vertrag zur Auftragsverarbeitung nach Art. 28 DSGVO.
4. Keine Cookies, kein Tracking
Diese Website setzt keine Cookies und verwendet keine Analyse-, Werbe- oder Tracking-Dienste. Schriftarten werden nicht von externen Servern (z. B. Google Fonts) geladen; es werden die auf Ihrem Gerät vorhandenen Systemschriften verwendet.
Ihre Sprachauswahl (TR, EN, DE) wird im lokalen Speicher Ihres Browsers (localStorage) abgelegt, damit die Seite beim nächsten Besuch in Ihrer Sprache erscheint. Diese Information verlässt Ihr Gerät nicht und wird nicht an uns übermittelt. Die Speicherung ist für den von Ihnen gewünschten Dienst unbedingt erforderlich (§ 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG). 5. Kontaktaufnahme per Telefon, E-Mail oder WhatsApp
Wenn Sie uns kontaktieren, verarbeiten wir die von Ihnen mitgeteilten Daten (z. B. Name, Telefonnummer, Wohnort und Ihr Anliegen), um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten und ggf. ein Mandat anzubahnen oder durchzuführen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, im Übrigen unser berechtigtes Interesse an der Beantwortung von Anfragen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Teilen Sie uns besondere Kategorien von Daten mit (z. B. Gesundheitsdaten), verarbeiten wir diese nur, soweit dies zur Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen erforderlich ist (Art. 9 Abs. 2 lit. f DSGVO). Wir löschen die Daten, sobald sie nicht mehr erforderlich sind und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.
6. Anfrageformular „Ihre Anfrage“
Die Angaben, die Sie in das Formular eintragen, werden nicht an unseren Server übertragen und von uns nicht gespeichert. Sie werden nur in Ihrem Browser zu einer Textnachricht zusammengefügt. Erst wenn Sie auf „Per WhatsApp senden“ klicken und die Nachricht in WhatsApp abschicken, wird sie über WhatsApp an uns übermittelt (siehe Ziffer 7).
7. WhatsApp
Für die Kommunikation per WhatsApp nutzen wir den Dienst der WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Irland. Dabei werden Ihre Telefonnummer, Ihre Nachrichten und Metadaten an WhatsApp bzw. die Muttergesellschaft Meta Platforms übermittelt; eine Verarbeitung in den USA ist möglich. Meta ist unter dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert (Angemessenheitsbeschluss, Art. 45 DSGVO). Die Nutzung von WhatsApp ist freiwillig. Sie können uns auch telefonisch oder per E-Mail erreichen. Für vertrauliche Angelegenheiten empfehlen wir ein Telefonat oder ein persönliches Gespräch. 8. Datenübermittlung in die Türkei
Unsere Kanzlei hat ihren Sitz in der Türkei. Daten, die Sie uns übermitteln, werden daher in der Türkei verarbeitet. Für die Türkei besteht kein Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission. Die Übermittlung erfolgt, weil sie für die Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage, für vorvertragliche Maßnahmen oder für die Durchführung des Mandats erforderlich ist (Art. 49 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO), bzw. zur Geltendmachung, Ausübung oder Verteidigung von Rechtsansprüchen (Art. 49 Abs. 1 lit. e DSGVO). Wir schützen Ihre Daten durch die anwaltliche Schweigepflicht und das türkische Datenschutzgesetz (KVKK).
9. Links zu anderen Websites
Diese Website enthält einfache Links zu Google Maps, Instagram und Facebook. Es werden keine Inhalte dieser Anbieter eingebettet; beim Aufruf unserer Website werden keine Daten an sie übertragen. Erst wenn Sie einen Link anklicken, gelten die Datenschutzbestimmungen des jeweiligen Anbieters (Google Ireland Limited bzw. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited).

2. Principles
We process personal data only as far as necessary to operate this website or to handle your enquiry. The legal framework is the GDPR, the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). As lawyers, we are also bound by professional secrecy.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR). When you visit the website, the server automatically stores information sent by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page visited, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is used only to keep the website secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted once they are no longer needed for these purposes, unless they are needed to investigate a security incident. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use any analytics, advertising or tracking services. Fonts are not loaded from external servers (such as Google Fonts); the system fonts on your device are used.
Your language choice (TR, EN, DE) is saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so the page opens in your language next time. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. Storing it is strictly necessary for the service you requested (Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
5. Contacting us by phone, email or WhatsApp
When you contact us, we process the data you provide (for example your name, phone number, place of residence and your matter) to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare or carry out a mandate. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you share special categories of data (for example health data), we process them only as far as necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims (Art. 9(2)(f) GDPR). We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. "Ask Us" form
The details you enter in the form are not sent to our server and are not stored by us. They are only combined into a text message inside your browser. The message is transmitted to us via WhatsApp only if you click "Send via WhatsApp" and send it in WhatsApp (see section 7).
7. WhatsApp
For communication via WhatsApp we use the service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. Your phone number, your messages and metadata are transmitted to WhatsApp and its parent company Meta Platforms; processing in the USA is possible. Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR). Using WhatsApp is voluntary. You can also reach us by phone or email. 8. Transfer of data to Türkiye
Our law office is based in Türkiye, so data you send us is processed in Türkiye. There is no EU Commission adequacy decision for Türkiye. The transfer takes place because it is necessary to handle your enquiry, for pre-contractual measures or to carry out the mandate (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR), or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims (Art. 49(1)(e) GDPR). Your data is protected by attorney-client confidentiality and the Turkish data protection law (KVKK).
9. Links to other websites
This website contains plain links to Google Maps, Instagram and Facebook. No content from these providers is embedded, and no data is sent to them when you open our website. Only when you click a link does the respective provider's privacy policy apply (Google Ireland Limited or Meta Platforms Ireland Limited).

Bizimle iletişime geçtiğinizde bildirdiğiniz verileri (ad soyad, telefon numarası, yaşadığınız şehir ve konunuz gibi) başvurunuzu yanıtlamak ve gerekirse vekâlet ilişkisini kurmak veya yürütmek için işleriz. Hukuki dayanak GDPR m. 6/1-b, diğer hâllerde başvuruları yanıtlamaya ilişkin meşru menfaatimizdir (GDPR m. 6/1-f). Sağlık verisi gibi özel nitelikli veriler paylaşırsanız bunları yalnızca bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için gerekli olduğu ölçüde işleriz (GDPR m. 9/2-f). Veriler, artık gerekli olmadığında ve yasal saklama yükümlülüğü bulunmadığında silinir.
6. "Bize Sorun" Formu
Forma yazdığınız bilgiler sunucumuza gönderilmez ve tarafımızca saklanmaz. Bilgiler yalnızca tarayıcınızın içinde bir metin mesajına dönüştürülür. Mesaj, ancak siz "WhatsApp ile gönder" düğmesine basıp WhatsApp'ta gönderdiğinizde bize ulaşır (bkz. madde 7).
7. WhatsApp
WhatsApp üzerinden iletişim için WhatsApp Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, İrlanda) hizmetini kullanıyoruz. Bu sırada telefon numaranız, mesajlarınız ve üst verileriniz WhatsApp'a ve ana şirketi Meta Platforms'a aktarılır; verilerin ABD'de işlenmesi mümkündür. Meta, AB-ABD Veri Gizliliği Çerçevesi kapsamında sertifikalıdır (yeterlilik kararı, GDPR m. 45). WhatsApp kullanımı isteğe bağlıdır; bize telefon veya e-posta ile de ulaşabilirsiniz. 8. Verilerin Türkiye'ye Aktarılması
Büromuz Türkiye'dedir; bize ilettiğiniz veriler bu nedenle Türkiye'de işlenir. Türkiye için AB Komisyonu'nun yeterlilik kararı bulunmamaktadır. Aktarım; başvurunuzun yanıtlanması, sözleşme öncesi işlemler veya vekâletin yürütülmesi için gerekli olduğundan (GDPR m. 49/1-b) ya da bir hakkın tesisi, kullanılması veya korunması için gerekli olduğundan (GDPR m. 49/1-e) yapılır. Verileriniz avukatlık sır saklama yükümlülüğü ve KVKK ile korunur.
9. Diğer Sitelere Bağlantılar
Bu sitede Google Haritalar, Instagram ve Facebook'a yalnızca bağlantı verilmiştir. Bu hizmetlerin içerikleri siteye gömülmemiştir; sitemizi açtığınızda onlara veri gönderilmez. Bir bağlantıya tıkladığınızda ilgili hizmetin (Google Ireland Limited veya Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) gizlilik kuralları geçerli olur.
